Policies

To reserve a session you must have a credit card on file, this is to discourage late minute cancellations and no call/no shows
 

Full payment is required for the following conditions.

• Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• No show or missed appointment.

 

Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment

No sexual comments, gestures, or remarks are to be made within session. Any innuendos or anything close to it will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be charged for the full amount of the session. It will also lead to the end of the client/therapist relationship with such an individual.

Anyone receiving therapy under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one of the their immediate guardians for the first session and must have verbal & written consent from their guardian for every session afterwards.
